Nathan Harr

Vice President of the Central Region

Nathan graduated with honors from Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas with a degree in Economics and Business and has been with the Property Frameworks team since 2013. He has experience at each level of our organization as a Triage member, Property Manager and Senior Property Manager. Nathan currently holds the title of Regional Operations Manager for our largest market and is responsible for our entire property management team in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. He is constantly working to make sure his team is providing our clients and tenants with the highest quality of customer service and expertise within the rental home market.

Shannon McLaughlin Ives

Senior Regional Manager

Shannon is the Senior Regional Manager of HRG’s Austin, Houston and San Antonio operations and the designated Broker for Boardwalk Real Property Mgmt, dba HomeRiver San Antonio, a Certified Residential Management Company (CRMC®). Shannon is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®) holding the Master Property Manager (MPM®) designation. She has served as a National Chair for the Professional Development Committee and was recipient of the 2017 Volunteer of the Year Award. Shannon is a 2012 graduate of the Texas Realtor Leadership Program and holds the Texas Residential Property Manager certification. She is also a member of the local Board of Realtors Property Management & Leasing Committee serving as Chair in 2017. Shannon is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Business Administration and currently resides in San Antonio with her husband, son, and 5 dogs.

Jim Berman

Regional Director of Business Development

Jim is the Regional Director of Business Development & Broker for HomeRiver Group in Texas. Jim oversees the BDM Teams and regional growth in California, Hawaii, Washington State, Arizona, Idaho, Texas, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania & the Mid Atlantic markets for HRG.

Previously, Jim was the Texas Broker and Sr Regional Operations Manager for Property Frameworks, overseeing management operations in Frameworks S Texas Offices in Austin, Houston, & San Antonio, as well as the Pennsylvania, North & S Carolina markets.

Born & raised in Dallas Tx, Jim is a graduate of Texas State University where he met his wife in 2002 and is currently raising his son and daughter in Houston.

Travis Witherspoon

Business Development Manager

Travis comes from a remodel and maintenance background and has worked with a wide variety of property stakeholders including private equity firms, real estate brokerages, lenders, title companies, and individual investors. When he's not helping clients, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kiddos in the Texas hill country. 

Ayla Garcia

Property Manager

Originally from Brownsville, Tx, Ayla has been living in Austin for 11 years and likes to consider herself an Austinite now. With a strong management and customer care background, Ayla is passionate about providing her clients the highest level of customer care and quality service. In her free time, you will find her with her family jet skiing on Lake Travis, hiking the Green Belts, and trying new local restaurants.
